Welcome to Pressed By E. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pressed By E website and your purchase of products or services from us.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Pressed By E, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. ABOUT PRESSED BY E
Pressed By E specializes in handmade luxury press-on nails, custom nail sets, nail accessories, nail preparation products, subscription products, and related merchandise.
Because many Pressed By E products are individually handmade, minor differences between sets may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
2. PRODUCT IMAGES & HANDMADE VARIATIONS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, polish batches, and other factors.
Hand-painted and custom nail art may also contain slight variations in artwork, placement, patterns, charms, rhinestones, embellishments, or other decorative elements.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, handmade sets are not guaranteed to be exact replicas of another handmade set or inspiration image.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are created specifically for the customer.
Customers may provide colors, themes, inspiration, or other preferences through the Special Instructions section or another method provided by Pressed By E.
Inspiration photos are used as creative references unless Pressed By E specifically agrees to reproduce a particular design. Handmade designs may vary from inspiration photos.
Once work has begun on a custom order, requested changes may not be possible.
4. NAIL SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate nail size or providing accurate nail measurements when required.
Sizing information and guidance provided by Pressed By E are intended to help customers select an appropriate size; however, the customer is ultimately responsible for the size selected at checkout.
Incorrect sizing caused by measurements or sizing selections provided by the customer is not considered a product defect.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.
Current nail sets may vary in price depending on the design, customization, materials, charms, complexity, promotions, or collection.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Pressed By E reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund an order when appropriate.
6. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- Cannot be combined with other offers;
- Have no cash value;
- May exclude certain products or collections; and
- May be changed or discontinued at the discretion of Pressed By E.
Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to orders placed before a promotion begins.
7. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Many Pressed By E products are handmade and may require processing time before shipment.
Estimated processing or shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates based on normal order volume and product requirements.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Pressed By E.
If Pressed By E is unable to ship an order within a promised timeframe, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and damaged or incorrect orders are governed by the Pressed By E Refund & Return Policy available on our website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Pressed By E promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
9. NAIL APPLICATION & WEAR
Press-on nail wear time varies from person to person.
Wear time can be affected by nail preparation, application method, adhesive used, exposure to water or chemicals, lifestyle, activity level, and the natural condition of the customer’s nails.
Pressed By E does not guarantee a specific wear duration unless expressly stated in the applicable product listing.
Customers should follow the application, removal, and care instructions provided with their products.
10. NAIL PREP KITS & ADHESIVES
Some Pressed By E purchases may include nail preparation products or third-party products such as nail glue, adhesive tabs, files, alcohol pads, or other accessories.
Customers should read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings for third-party products.
Discontinue use of a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary.
11. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain Pressed By E products may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
Subscription price, billing frequency, included products, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any applicable minimum commitment will be disclosed before purchase.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the terms presented at checkout until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Additional terms applicable to a specific subscription may be provided on its product page or in a separate Subscription Policy.
12. LIMITED-EDITION & WHILE-SUPPLIES-LAST PRODUCTS
Certain products, charms, collections, collaborations, promotional sets, or specialty designs may be offered for a limited time or only while supplies last.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully accepted and processed.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase and Pressed By E cannot fulfill the order as purchased, we will contact the customer regarding available options, which may include an appropriate substitute if the customer agrees or a refund.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Pressed By E nail designs, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, written content, product descriptions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Pressed By E and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content belonging to Pressed By E may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party characters, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
14. CUSTOMER PHOTOS, REVIEWS & CONTENT
Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, or other content to Pressed By E.
Any separate permission for Pressed By E to repost or use customer-created content for marketing will be governed by the permission or agreement associated with that submission or collaboration.
15. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Pressed By E website or its content for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale or reproduction of protected content, interference with website operation, or other activity prohibited by applicable law.
16. ORDER CANCELLATION OR REFUSAL
Pressed By E reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, inability to fulfill an order, misuse of promotions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If Pressed By E cancels a paid order that will not be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pressed By E will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
